- No improper payments or incentives are offered to secure business.
7. Technology and AI-Assisted Operations
Recruitment Direct UK Limited may use artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning and automated technologies to support recruitment, communication, compliance and administrative processes.
All technology systems must be used ethically, transparently and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
The use of technology does not remove the responsibility of employees, workers or representatives to comply with this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
8. Reporting Concerns
Any suspected bribery, corruption, fraud or unethical conduct should be reported immediately to management.
All reports will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.
Recruitment Direct UK Limited will not tolerate retaliation against any individual who raises a genuine concern in good faith.
9. Compliance
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of engagement, termination of contracts and, where appropriate, referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
10. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required by legislative, regulatory or business changes.
