Floor Layer £170 per day Birmingham

Our client has recently secured a 5-year social housing refurbishment contract and urgently requires an experienced Floor Layer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Residential or social housing refurbishment experience
• Must have a CSCS card – ideally trade specific
• Must be able to get an up to date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert
• Must have Public Liability Insurance
• Must have a up to date DBS or clean record to get one 
• Must be willing to provide a copy of their driving license & vehicle insurance
