Multi-Trade Operatives £200 per day Stoke on Trent

Our client has recently secured a 5-year social housing refurbishment contract and urgently requires 7 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives.

All candidates must have proven multi trade experience including, strip out, first and second fix plumbing, tiling, and plastering.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Residential or social housing refurbishment experience
• Must have a CSCS card – ideally trade specific
• Must be able to get an up to date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert
• Must have Public Liability Insurance
• Must have a up to date DBS or clean record to get one 
• Must be willing to provide a copy of their driving license & vehicle insurance
